I didn't want any collaboration as well... I think the album should be fully Britney. But I'm cool with it. The only thing that I really, really wish for is that she goes completely live next tour, because I also wished that she wrote songs on album 8 and she's already doing it.

The only track confirmed to be a featuring on album #8 it's a collabo with Wiz Kalifa. And Bill by sound I mean what we know about album #8.

Producers Starsmith and Charli XCX just wrapped background for a new Britney song in the recording studio and are ready for the Queen to lay her vocals down.

 

Charli XCX tells Pitchfork:

“I was freaking out. I didn’t even want to go to the session I was so excited. I was so worried I would fuck it up… I was doing some stuff for that yesterday actually. Who knows how it will go. We’ve written one song and it’s a great track and if she likes it then amazing. It was just an honor to be asked.”

@@Baby V Alex I feel glad it's not on Britney's album! If it's not on her album, that's fine. I'm hoping for the collaboration to positively surprise me just like "Scream & Shout" did, because I absolutely love that.

 

@@Madrigal I think I should fix your sentence by saying "Dr. Luke does the same"... that demonic human being fucked up with most of Ke$ha's intentions on Warrior. Not only Sia and Calvin Harris songs got scrapped, but also The Flaming Lips ones which she clearly liked (otherwise she'd not let them post snippet videos of a lot of recording sessions).

Sadly, she does, she recorded +50 tracks for Circus and more or less for Femme Fatale. HOWEVER this album was made in 1 and a half years and only a few tracks have been recorded, so there's a high chance that the song will be on the album + William Orbit it's co-producer so it's a yes yes.
