She should have never interacted closely with those people.

I remember going to her pop up hoping to meet her, I had a good spot in line, didnt get to cause those “special insider” fans who have met her countless times and were given Lanas personal wardrobe were hogging even more of her time lol... if they hadnt been selfish i would have met her.. atleast i saw her ;(

I have to laff a little because Lana only followed the account so she could directly message and say 'stop sending Joe rat emojis'. Why she left it that long to unfollow an account that expects clout and (occasionally) leaks her unreleased material is beyond me.

 

 

I said this elsewhere, but this situation reminds me of a time when I was directing a scene with four guys and a girl. The girl was struggling with her routine, so I said to her "Don't worry about it, maybe ask the boys how they do it".

 

The backlash I got from that was crazy because I said "ask the boys" and a bunch of people told me it was offensive to bring gender into it. I was upset people had made it about gender when literally everyone else in the scene was a boy and that was all I was referring to. But it was a really important lesson on positionally and highlighted the importance of speaking neutrally, and being able to understand how other people interpret words. And it obviously helped me move forward and not make the same mistake again.

 

That she has failed to acknowledge what others COULD have perceived the meaning as (regardless of how farfetched she thinks their views are), claiming everyone who disagrees is a Trump supporter is . . . yikes.
