i don't understand why you people said that the picture is fake.

It's written nowhere that the deluxe edition is a digipack except for the box set. So maybe the digipack edition is a exclusivity from the box set and the classic deleuxe edition is in a jewel case.

 

By the way, this seller was also the first to show pictures of born this way next year and it was legit.
