fool 4 luv 172 Posted June 11, 2017 Every summer I get really into watching movies since I have all the time in the world, this summer (and last summer) I've been on a pre-code and film noir kick. What are your favorite old films? One of my top film noir picks is Scarlet Street with Joan Bennett and Edward G. Robinson. Also The Killing by Stanley Kubrick is amazing. I'm watching Whistle Stop with Ava Gardner and George Raft rn and 5 minutes in I could tell it was gonna be one of me faves. As far as pre-code goes I LOVE Baby Face with Barbara Stanwyck and Gold Diggers of 1933.
