you know the bad part of debuting with a magnum opus is that you can never overcome it. anything you might do afterwards will be seen as inferior bc you can never replicate that much greatness again. that's what happened with hold the girl. she's a good girl! she just can't hold a candle to her predecessors

I don't think there'll be new songs, her post only suggested a CD, vinyl etc. reissue with the artwork of title track single cover (which is way superior than album cover imo) so I'd be surprised if new tracks appear on it

She changed the Hold the Girl cover on apple music to the superior blue one yupp I’ll never get why this wasn’t the standard cover in the first place it’s So much better than the red one and fits the whole album theme so well
