Done! I had to choose Lorde over CHVRCHES, but all my other faves (except for, sadly, Chance the Rapper) are winning in their categories. EDIT:

A teacher and I have been trading music lately, and he mentioned how much he loves both 'XX' and 'Coexist'. We have a lot of similar musical interests, so I decided to give the first album a try. I discovered 'Intro' and 'Islands' a couple years ago, and used to listen to them on repeat, but never really liked any of the other songs I listened to. Now, though, with my rapidly evolving, opportunistically curious music taste, I absolutely adore their disinterested, ~so-uncool-it's-actually-cool~ music and vibes. However, I wish that Baria was still a part of the group...they made more sense to me as a band of four. Also, how much different is 'Coexist'? I've listened to a couple songs, without much an impression...it's actually waiting for me at my local library right now, but I haven't decided whether I should go pick it up yet or not.

:( Nice to see Twigs and SZA listed there, though, as much as I don't think their music should even be compared to Cassie's ~ much, much weirder. o.o

Oh, I've been waiting to have this thread forever. I love Angel, and her album is probably my most anticipated Hip Hop album for the next year. She's just so appealing...her voice, her flow, her personality. Even her taste in music is great too. Speaking of whom, I still haven't forgiven Beyonce for not releasing the songs she did with Sleigh Bells. Ke$ha does the same, and the worst part was that the Sia and Calvin Harris songs got left off 'Warrior'.

I bet they used to be online, maybe on a Reverbnation or MySpace? Still, back-history of artists is always a hobby of mine...we should try to do some more digging & find out more about where they came from.

I would like to posit to everyone here and on the other forum that a better forum (in many ways, not just format) might soon be available, but that until then, I am quite placated by the existence of this thread. I hope you all feel the same.

I decided to go to all the trouble to unlike this, but I'm not so far gone (so far gone) to admit that you have a point. I still do ~want~ a few songs, but I'm still very happy with what we have, as do some of my friends who have posted here. For the sake of gratuity, I think I'll leave out the bit where I actually type out the titles of the pieces I still desire.

That awkward moment when you stopped caring about unreleased Lana music, yet feel the inexplicable need to post in a thread devoted to it.

I still don't think 'Drive' even exists, so it cracks me up that all of you guys want it so bad... Oh, and I think this thread is bad for overall forum morale, so I'll be keeping my eyes out for the even the smallest possible excuse to shut it down. It's not like we don't have more than enough anyway. :makeup:

I have actually been lucky enough to be given it twice (<3 to the people kind enough 2 share), so I'll do the same.
