It sounds like one of those acoustic demos recorded by Lana herself on her computer with a beat loop in the background. It's probably the demo version (I'm guessing because the way the background piano sounds is similar to her BTD demo tracks).
 
Lyrics are not really bad (although I hear no melody -she's literally reading the words).
