I'm getting, based on the first song/video and poem that she released and some of the potential song titles, maybe a more spiritual/earthy kind of album. Less chaotic than HBHBHB, maybe not as "big" production. It's hard to tell though, which makes it kind of exciting. I really want to hear Patricia. I imagine it's going to be a personal song. Hunger sounds like it could be really interesting too.

Her TLY performance is such a good blend of her earlier/more emotive performances combined with her newer, more vocally "correct" way of singing.

Whoah. Deep End really caught me off guard, but I can't stop playing it. I never imagined her going in a trap-influenced direction, but it somehow works. Hard Rain--didn't expect her to experiment so much with the sound/melodies. I'm not sure how I feel about that one. Regardless, it's cool that she is switching things up. Have to see how the rest of the album plays out.

As long as she's okay and it seems like she didn't get actually hit by him. I imagine she isn't too surprised at these things happening at this point, which is a sad thing to say.

I like the vibe of Just Dumb Enough.

Had no idea who Mars Argo was until reading through the lawsuit, but she's been through a lot with Titanic and then Titanic/Poppy seemingly stealing a lot of her stuff and getting famous off of it. I hope this poppy person isn't going through similiar things with Titanic, but I wouldn't be surprised if she was and was maybe really intimidated/fearful of leaving. I hope something good comes of this lawsuit.

Eh. The new song kinda feels like a throwaway bonus track.

This is nice. I like the kind of stripped back airy feel to it. I'm curious to see how the rest of the album will play out.

I think it's more of the second one. It's an insult to himself/calling himself out. He's with someone (who may or may not be Lana) and is judging them harshly for the things they say and do, that they are too flighty and use phrases like "like literally" and "music is the air I breathe", but then realizes that the problem he has isn't with the person, it's with himself. In the end, he's a lot more similiar to the woman than he wants to admit. Either that woman is similiar to who he is now or maybe who he used to be (perhaps why the song's titled The Night Josh Tillman Came To Our Apartment and not Father John Misty). In a weird way, it might almost be a compliment to her.

Seeing different reports if he was fired or left. He already left the band once already, didn't he? It just seems strange to do it now.
