I love this album so much. It's so good to have a Lana album that I instantly love ( no shade but I took a couple of listens before get into Honeymoon and even today I have to be at a specific mood so I can appreciate the album)

First listen: For me it's much more a coherent album than BTD. Like BtD and Paradise, the album has the same "feeling" or "vibe" from the start to finish, but there is no way to compare her vocal delivery in UV, it’s simply phenomenal – even though the lyrics are not really as good as some of her previous work the WAY she sings it’s much more powerful. It’s raw and honest, while I was listening to some songs like Carmen and MDM I felt like listening to a character, but in this album I felt like I can believe in every word she sings. It’s hard to beat individual songs like Off to The Races, Born to Die and Video Games, but UV works way better as a whole album.
 
My favorites: Old Money, Money Power Glory, Florida Kilos, Cruel World, Pretty When I cry and Black Beauty ( and all the other songs previous released);
 
Not really feeling at the moment: Guns and Roses and The Other Woman.

I feel so bad for Barrie after that interview and then he posted a video on fb and he was sorry for leaving the band and he was a mess. That was embarrassing and sad

It isn't ironic how these things happened when the bad side of fame became such an important issue in her music? Lana talks about a story about feeling like someone is stalking in her own house, recorded a video about the same issue and ended up being stalked and stolen. Life really imitates art after all

I'm finally back to my city! 
Seeing her was everything. She was so energic, charismatic, hitting those notes, talking to us. I have nothing to complain about it. It was definitely one of the best shows of her career. 
I was not so close to her, but I was at the front row. We sang with all our hearts, we just wanted her to know how much we love her. And I guess she felt it.

The song I liked to hear the most was West Coast, and UV it's not even my favorite. It was so intense, I just remember closing my eyes and feeling the energy while singing "move baby, I'm in love".

Okay guys so let me share you my little experience.
 
As a fan, I am more than pleased. Her band was amazing, she looked and sounded beautiful. The stage was cute and I love the dancers. The setlist was absolutely perfect. I'm still not over the Paradise Tour so this was extremely surreal.
 
But also, something unique happened... Something I've never felt before. I have never felt this moved by a show before. First, watching her being so confident and care-free inspired me a lot. I literally witnessed her growth. I want to let you guys know that I've suffered my whole life... and these past year was too dramatic for me. I've been crying a lot, and this week has been horrible. I'm fighting a lot with my parents and they tell me the worst things. I'm still in love with someone who I had a chance with but failed. My life is getting worse and I literally can't make it better. And my self-esteem is getting destroyed with each day... but this show made me think a lot. I payed attention to every word. Lust for Life - Change - Black Beauty - Young and Beautiful - Ride was life changing. Now I'm literally telling myself... why the fuck am I suffering a lot? Those songs comforted me. They understood me. I couldn't stop crying. I really do hope I get stronger to be capable to change my life. I want to at least be able to be happier. This is the concept of Lust for Life, and I'm glad, proud and endessly happy to feel it this deep.

Such a great surprise. Great interview, very funny in a lot of moments and also great to hear upcoming things and the fact she didn't even dodge or deny Cola lyrics. And she looks as great as ever. Poor Born To Die getting worse by the day.
