Just saw this, crazy how this whole era so far seems to come full cycle with Born to die, the titles, covers and even the lyrics (so far).

Honestly, I think it's the fact that so far with this era,the vibe she's giving off is so different to what she's been known for since the start. Maybe it's just the end of how we've known her so far: being the artist who only sang 'sad songs' to the general public. I'm dying for the new sound, just the cover nearly gave me a heartattack

I don't think HM was THAT much of a flop, it's just that it had less standout tracks like the others, it was just as beautiful as every other album- but the tracks individually had less impact- I'd rather be screaming along to cruel world then a song like Terrence loves you, no matter how well she sings in it.

I think it would be Is This Happiness, I hardly see anyone mentioning that song. I find it to be beautiful.
It reminds me of one of those old 60's/70's melodramatic movies, and I love it!
