You touched in a subject that I always feel like is not looked up enought or at least as deep as it should: Lana being sending away to boarding school. Not just her years there but how the action of sending her away reflected in her personality and somewhat changed her.   (I feel so creepy writng this but whatever)

The video seems okay, the song is average. I don't hate it or love it. It feels so incomplete (video) and the song song doesn't grasp me as much as other Lana songs do. I honestly like Summer Wine much more, this&Chelesea Hotel No.2 were pretty lackluster, she still could go more upbeat since she IS Lana and no longer Lizzy, Lizzy is unknown but Lana is world famous, St.Tropez, Dangerous Girl and Live or Die are examples of flawless songs that people would like anyway. If she gets worse than this then I'm worried.

Electra Heart flopped due to lack of promotion by her label.
Fit who? Marina created the project herself and I seriously doubt anyone can reproduce that the same way since it started off as something personal.
There are also a lot of songs in her discography that are better than BTS, Numb is actually much better.

SO GLAD we finally have something. The snow/rain bit was lovely, all the food made it seem like an abandoned wedding or something. She looked kinda like a pilgrim with that hair, though. I'm just glad she posted it and we're a step closer to "Electra Heart".

Now that we know Lizzy was more of a stalker than a girlfriend then maybe the creation of Lana and some of her music reflects Jimmy's dead fiancé rather than herself? As seen in the car crash in the BTD video, the swimming/drowning in Blue Jeans and Lana being alone in the house in Video Games.

Yeah, some Jimmy songs are easily transferred to Arthur and Reeve, I suppose...She defined "homie hopper", for sure
 
However, there are a select few songs that definitely are about Jimmy, anyway.
 
- "Jimmy Gnecco" already represents a kind of school-girl crush, if you think about it.
- "Hundred Dollar Bill" is likely about her reading too far into minimal interactions that she had with Jimmy. She figures that him treating her negatively is his way of expressing mutual affection. I didn't say it was healthy
- "You're Gonna Love Me" not only name-drops Jim, but definitely comes across a little more obsessive than actually in love. You're gonna love me, I'm gonna make you.
- "Yayo", as David Kahne said, is about a stranger sweeping her off her feet and taking her away from her dark trailer park life. The similarities to Jimmy still stand, with the snake tattoo and the link on his Facebook.
- "Is It Wrong?" has now moved from basic local rockstar to a definite Jimmy song, with Stalking you has sort of become like my occupation.
 
Existing problems:
- Who was the small-time celebrity that she met in self-help? The subject of "Pawn Shop Blues"...
- Is it totally nuts that they might have had an affair in the D-A-R-K that he chooses to ignore now?

Oh don't get me wrong, me too! It's a fun and incredibly catchy song that makes me want to dance every time I listen to it! I just think it's less unique and more deliberately commercial than most of her other songs; it sounds like something anyone else could have done (for some reason it really reminds me of Ke$ha) and doesn't really have the same hip-hop vibe of her other songs...

Elizabeth is the warm 14 year old girl who was shipped away to boarding school where she coped with this with her first love (alcohol) and created May Jailer to possibly cope or overcome her addiction, eventually she becomes Lizzy, a sweet girl who lives in a trailer park (who might've been a go go dancing drug addict). Lizzy then evovles into Lana, a sultry woman who seeks freedom, fame and a independence. Lana seems to be lost within herself and NEEDS a home that she hasn't had (since she was shipped away to boarding school at 14). I understand what Elizabeth means when she says she has lived a full life, the last 13 years of her life have been tough and she has grown possibly a lot more than most people would in their entire life.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot to mention this one. If Work and Ignorant Art are anything to go by, it could be a pretty damn good album. I just hope it sounds more like Work and Pussy than Bounce...
