 it’s just a nice contrast so people who aren’t familiar with her actually know which one she is, the artist should be able to stand out amongst the background dancers

As someone who thought the Delirium sound was all wrong for her and the last album was a snooze, i was shocked at how good this album is!!!!! She ate those leftover Koz beats from Future Nostalgia up!!!!!!

These are probably the only tracks she actually finished, lol.

i am now imagining Kieron and Dean sitting at that damn computer thinking they have the mix and Lana sends the 20th note back of the day asking for the kick to be turned down 0.1db lmfaoooo

im so tired of seeing that photo.. first of all she looks amazing if you had to critique anything its why is she in a neon forest with colorful butterflies and glass swans at night. omg those glass swans are so tacky

the concept of what constitutes a BTD outtake is kinda difficult but I personally consider the guardian samplers + the songs she’s performed live / uploaded herself as being outtakes
 
so for example, Us Against the World, Serial Killer, On Our Way, etc

It seems a number of UV outtakes talk about how she was tired of touring, not happy with how her fame has gone and how she was treated (LMLYLAW demo, Your Girl, Madly, Melancholia, etc) which always gets to me so much. There's a huge shift in tone between BTD/Paradise outtakes, and the UV ones.
 
But I can kinda see how she also didn't want them on the final UV cut. Maybe fear of being criticised for her honesty yet again, people blaming her for the way she felt. Or maybe naturally she changed how she felt about it. I wonder what led her to putting more "sad about relationships" songs on UV instead. There's so much vulnerability in both, but I suppose she'd already faced backlash from expressing one of them. why not do it again, and even harder.
 
Whatever it was, I am so sorry for how she felt around that time and what she had to go through. I still want to hear more of her side.
