i'm so sorry but this is absolutely SENDING me rn

I was listening to it again on one of my late night walks around my kitchen island where I think and contemplate and got really into it. It reminds me of Silent Hill in parts. Outside of like 3 tracks I’d only really listen to this EP in specific contexts where I plan to actively listen to it the whole way through (Unlike PD which I could put on any time). I think comparing it to PD makes as much sense as comparing an album to a movie or a book, which is why people saying it’s miles ahead of PD (which I’m seeing a lot on twitter rn) is so silly to me. They’re 2 completely different types of projects.

LG7 lead single’s predicted to go nr1 oh LG7 the smash era you are! I wonder when we’ll get the 2nd single. Maybe she’ll drop another promo single like Disease considering DWAS is still doing numbers

Anyways, I think it's cool that she's making the type of music she wants to make instead of leaning into what people expect of her, but I do think a lot of her fans will fully force themselves to like this EP and even pretend like this is miles ahead of Preacher's Daughter because it's less accessible and enjoying it gives them some type of sense of superiority (which is normal if you're a teenager, but if you're a grown adult and still care about all that then... grow up no shade). That's not saying there won't be many fans who will genuinely love this EP though. I'm currently 5 tracks in, I really enjoy Punish and Vacillator. I don't see myself listening to this EP in full again though.
