I have nothing else to do, so I'm just gonna go ahead and believe that Chemtrails is coming on September 4th. Lana's version of a surprise release means no promotion / pre-order. The album will drop digitally at midnight on the 4th and a pre-order for physical copies will be made available the following week. Tulsa Jesus Freak will premiere alongside the album drop with sorm form of visual (directed by Charlie) and will be considered a single but not sent to radio or pushed by the label.
The album cover and tracklist won't be revealed until the album release, Lana will acknowledge the project on socials on release day and then forget the album exists and focus on her next poetry project.
As for Ed, he misworded what we said in that message to a fan. Claiming the album was not finished, he meant that the album had not been mastered or sent out to critics and therefore of course the review was fake. However, Lana has in fact finished recording and has finalised the artwork and tracklisting.
Anybody else wanna join me in my delusion?

I am at work and haven't been able to keep up with everything. That post from last night was interesting and a deja vu. I remember I posted first time we heard that she says "separate the wheat from the shaft". The common expression is "separate the wheat from the chaff". I couldn't care less what she writes but when this comes out a poetry critic will point it out right away. We know how sensitive she is to critics. I know Lana reads all my posts so she'll probably change it before it goes to print. 

Imagine Lana posted a video of her reading "Past the Bushes Cyprus Thriving" and at first we're all like Ugh not another poem, but then when she says "like a chemtrail" she stops and stares at the camera intensely and then the music starts to get super wild and it merges into the Chemtrails album trailer and blows all our minds.

I just hope that the album cover has an even number of pixels or @5adboy's brother will deem it to be fake.

Thank u all..  this forum was a major lifesaver for me last year . I enjoyed contemplating about NFR tracklist and seeing all the meltdowns etc.
 
I happen to be a doctor and these covid times are so difficult for my profession. Many of my friends turned out positive and the workload is immense. Added to that, where I am from being LGBTQ+ Is not accepted...family blackmails that they'll suicide if I date a guy etc. So I guess everything is bleak.. idk what to do.  !

I present you these facts about What's On, the website that has posted that review. They will help you make your own mind up.
The website frequently posts reviews of legitimately released music, as seen here: https://whatson.guide/albums/ Their Summer 2020 magazine confirms that the guy who wrote the article, Gary Trueman, is the Music Editor, and has written many real reviews for real albums, and they are just as bad and vague - so it COULD be real. What's On have posted the review on their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter - people are asking them if it's real etc etc.  They have 60k followers on Facebook, only 4 on Linkedin, 3k on Instagram. ^To further, their engagement is terrible on Facebook (1 or 2 likes per post, which is bad but not totally unheard of). Potentially their followers are bought, but the figures on both platforms are pretty standard for streetpress publications. Their socials are a mess - the website seems to be Asia centric content (and their 'magazine' is advertising What's On Asia 2020, but their socials talk about What's On UK). The album artwork is tagged with incubus_art in the corner. That account has no trace of that artwork, but it is made from an interpolate picture of Lana from an old (Neil Krug?) shoot.
  I also present you these two possible scenarios:
It's not a real review - the figures show that the website is flagging in engagement, and they want to have a boost in traffic for their advertisers. It is a real review - they got a digital download in advance to review it, and they just googled anything for the placeholder for the artwork. They then fucked up the embargo and released a review early.   
One seems more likely than the other.

The day before she posted the NFR cover and tracklist she posted a boomerang selfie of her showing a necklace she made. 
 
Today she posted a selfie just as glamorous! Maybe she’ll reveal the cover and tracklist tomorrow and then the pre-order will go live on Friday, which would be exactly 2 weeks before the album comes out!

Imagine if Lana made a concept album dedicated to the starlet who died and  idea is that she possesses Lana's soul and the title of the album is called "The Revenge of Lana Del Rey".
It's not really Lana but the starlet's spirit living inside of her.
The sound of the album is a Les Baxter-esque cinematic masterpiece with chilling guitars and jewellery box sounds with some 1930's jazz elements.

Definitely. I think she’s someone who really absorbs and internalizes her environment and surroundings and that’s definitely reflected in her creative output. That’s true artistry in my opinion, to be able to be discerning of a prominent type of rhetoric and culture and then recount your own experiences through that lens! 
 
You said it so well yourself! I think this record may offer the other side of whatever feelings Lana was experiencing on NFR. That will be interesting to hear, as I think that will further fulfill that chapter of her personal life and career! <3
