By now most of the forum must know I'm a massive Suspiria (2018) stan so naturally the score by Thom Yorke has a special place for me. It's still just as magical as it was two years ago when it came out and while it's definitely haunting and maybe a bit distressing even (The Hooks, Volk especially), I also find it very soothing (The Jumps and Suspirium Finale). I've been listening to the score a lot lately, it adds a nice touch to rainy and dark autumn evenings. Also I can't believe Suspirium was snubbed at the Oscars

btw I gave in and ordered the gold LP as well despite horror stories on Reddit, I got it today and I was so relieved it wasn't damaged. there was no bubble wrap or anything whatsoever and the cardboard package was thin af like what the hell is wrong with her label

I've scrapped everything I've been working on so I could do a tribute EP for the 2018 Suspiria and its score by Thom Yorke. At the moment I only have like two tracks somewhat finished and a few others that I still need to work on for quite some time. Needless to say, I don't know when I'll eventually upload them on SoundCloud but there's one particular track I thought I'd upload a preview of.

You're not the only one... I've felt mostly underwhelmed as well. I don't like Magic at all and once I heard Teemu Brunila co-wrote it I was like "ok so that's why" because I freaking hate him. I haven't felt like going back to any of the songs but they're still better than any of the tracks on Golden...

She's been working on a new album for quite some time as far as I know, earlier this year she said she has a lot of new material but she's aiming for a 2021 or 2022 release.

I'm so happy I was a fan during the BTW era... it was all so perfect despite the tour starting like a year after the album release? But anyways I got to attend as well, she had two concerts in Helsinki and I got tickets to the first one as the second was announced later. Our seats could've been better but my Little Monster ass was LIVING hahah like I've seen big ones like Britney, Rihanna, Kylie and Lana (and Björk ) but the BTW Ball really is the best one I've been to so far and I lost my voice that night. Thinking about it later, I feel kinda bad for my parents as I got them to spend a shitload amount of money for merch... I'm a tour book and t-shirt hoarder but I kinda regret the 150€ faux leather jacket because I've only worn it once I still have it though and I have no intention of selling it.

I saw a pic of the album being sold in Japan a couple of weeks ago but idk if it has Tokyo Takeover or not. However it's not being sold on YesAsia etc. so I think it's just the standard version. I gave up on waiting and ordered the standard CD on Amazon a couple of weeks ago, it's cute but I definitely would've loved having Tokyo Takeover on CD as it's in my top 3.

I haven't listened to a single Honeymoon track in a couple of years I think. Despite the title track, MTWBT, HBTB and Freak, it's her second worst album so far with NFR! taking the number one spot. Yes I did like tracks like Salvatore, The Blackest Day especially and 24 back when I was 19 but like all my memories from that year, they aged like milk. Also she looks weird af in the photoshoot, the UO cover is one of the worst things I've ever seen along with the 2013 Tumblr witchcraft aesthetic one for NFR!

There was a screenshot of Lou M. Taylor's IG comment circulating on Twitter a couple of days ago. Her writing and use of emojis is very similar to Britney's captions but I don't know. Could be she's mimicking Britney to seem more relatable or something, I do think Britney's not really behind them but I doubt Lou's the one writing the captions.
