Idk unfortunately. I ordered around 12:30 eastern US time and there were about 6,500 left then. So if it went up for sale at 11am, I'd guess based on that it probably started around 8k?
I don't think a lot of the online exclusives are that limited... the white vinyl seems to have been about 12k for a first pressing and 12k for the second pressing shipping next month. And that's just the US numbers. The picture disc initially was 5k on the US store, then they added 2k more, then they added more stock a 3rd time but I didn't keep an eye on the availability at that point, but the picture disc has got to be over at least over 10k.

Does anyone know how much stock is left for the whistle and pill case? 

We don't really know yet. The inventory for the new items doesn't seem to have an as-of-yet-determined quantity, they are just letting the sales continue to come in. We can see they've sold 4,305 pill cases and 872 whistles so far though. They did the inventory this way for the lighters and necklaces, too, and it went for about five days before they seemed to decide on a total that would decline to zero.
However, since the sales have slowed down, I wouldn't be surprised to see them fix the quantity at 5,000 pillcases and 1,000 whistles, so my best bet is there are a few hundred pill cases left and about 128 whistles.

manifesting no more folk, no more country, no more hippy love stuff, no more Elizabeth vocals and most importantly NO MORE jack , next album will hopefully be the return of classic cinematic rick knowles produced big bold depressing overdramatic low vocal degrading desperate controversial orchestral strings honeymoon esque MASTERPIECE , i know you're all thinking it  anyway can't wait to listen to this again tomorrow, it needs to grow on me a lot more..
