As I understand it, the album leaked on Tidal and was only up for an hour or so (maybe even less) before they took it down & the tracking week ended. It's not that hard to believe tbh.

Wow, Lose My Cool really is one of the best tracks on the album. Can't believe it got deluxe treatment.

I don't know, it sounds really passionate and heartfelt to me. The roughness & desperation in her voice lends to the late-night drunken vibes. It perfectly complements the instrumental drowsily slurring in the background. Loves it.

Some songs are pure trash (i.e. Woo, Yeah I Said It, Desperado) but I really love Higher, Kiss It Better, Love On The Brain and Never Ending. Higher easily cancels out the rancid stench of Woo. Quite impressed with the album overall. 7/10. Don't know if some of y'all were expecting some type of bombastic bubblegum pop experience a la Loud, but a lot of this hate is unwarranted tbh

This has to be some next level bullshit. Granted, there are quite a few trashy songs void of emotion, but you can't make that generalisation of the album when the emotional, soul-moving gems such as Bird Set Free, Alive, Reaper & Footprints exist. Perhaps you have a wretched definition of "emotion", no tea no shade, or maybe you're just listening to the album with an unsuitable mindset. But don't come for Bird Set Free girl!

The bridge of House on Fire is everything.

Love the new tracks, though the first half of the album is clearly superior. Not a big fan of Footprints, Space Between and Sweet Design. Bird Set Free, Reaper and House on Fire are my holy trinity for now.
