Serene Queen would be a nice track on a new fun record. I’m not against her Nikki collabs but they don’t excite me either. I hope that the country songs she did will be part of a double album, the first half being the covers (like she said in her fall livestream, that she was considering that option). It could help sell the project if someone doesn’t like her “country” sound.

Totally agree. I think that her next projects will probably always have something reminding us of an older project while not being repetitive. What I’m most anxious about is hearing in what direction she is going next, on which project she will settle. The covers and LDR9 with new songs would excite me the most. And after two “quiet” projects, I really hope she will go bigger in a more bombastic-“single-possibility” sound, or something really interesting on the alternative sound (Venice Bitch and FIILY, for example). I’m still not 100% sold on country for her, so I kinda hope it’s not what the next project will be about, to be honest.

Saw this as well on thatvenicebitch’s stories on IG, debunking the same rumour. Both accounts that debunked it talk to people who know things, from what I gathered. so in conclusion, the fraud is LANADELFLAME lol.

I hope that some of his vibes find their way on some songs from her… (I find him sometimes hot on some pictures, and other times I want to call an ambulance on him and send him to rehab )

I actually like it. All of her album titles were pretty much unexpected, except maybe Honeymoon, which was very Lana. Indeed! And yet, it’s the Tropico Extended and I Can Fly albums that I find weird in a Lana “album list”. Like da fuck are these and what are they doing there?

I usually don’t listen that much to UV in the winter because it depresses me too much, but I don’t know it’s because it’s the end of the pandemic or something, but this album slaps hard at the moment. Lana, bring back electric guitars on some project, please!

Chapters 1 and 3 are the best but the the whole album is incredible. There a couple of songs I don’t care for but most of them are simply gorgeous. This album is also weirdly cohesively diverse, if it makes any sense?! One of their best to date

Yosemite, to me, is not so much associated with a season but a moment of the day: either sunrise or dawn. It hits so much more dramatically at that peculiar time of day / sunlight.

Sorry to bump this thread without any new evidence but Jesse is probably about to release a new album very soon: he is teasing a new snippet everyday via his Insta reels. I just hope he hasn’t forgotten his Lana collab… He did say in an interview when asked about it that it was for a specific project, so… (I just want to hear that song so bad )

Well TAP won management of the year for a couple of years now. Ben and Ed seem to be the type of managers that ask their artist what career they want and make it happen. People are always blaming Ben for small promo of Lana music… but this is what she wants. Dua wanted to be bigger (or so I thought) and they made it happen. He is suggesting things to Lana rather than wanting to control her or impose his vision for something. Ok, he is rude to fans when he is pissed and really doesn’t like Lanaboards it seems , but as a manager, i always saw TAP as top notch.

He’s saying a lot lol mostly that this is weird timing, giving all the projects she has on board and in the near future (like, who will take over these gigs and oversee them?). He also said that he didn’t understand since TAP is family and made her who she is (her producer is signed with them and other people in her team). Edit: the last part he copy pasted from a Discord post about Camila Cabello lol However, he did say that since Cold Heart became a hit, the relationship between TAP and Dua has been weird. He is also afraid that Dua will never be the Dua she is right now, that the whole « act » will probably change forever.

Not much that is confirmed. There’s a new tweet by leakingfacts that there would be a new collab with a rapper and lustforlife said there are at least 15 songs recorded so far and that Lana and her team are considering which direction would be best for the next move.
