The way I am now more excited about this cover than Chemtrails or even the Christmas album of American classics we’re getting...

The postal vote in certain states complicates the results. Votes could still count if received up to 19 days after today (read this in my local newspaper). I don’t know of there’ll be a « preliminary » result tomorrow or the day after, followed by an official one, or just an official one later on. Some big cities are preparing for riots either way or the other.

When people begin to post scat porn gifs here, it’s the clearest sign that we all have lost our collective mind. Usually happens when the mods are no where to be seen and is believed to be the precursor of real tangible news. trust me, the only thing it does surely is scaring you for life.

I’m not a fan of her, but like her, and like her voice. But that song reminds me of every song she’s ever released. Not bad but nothing new, I guess? And it’s the first single from this record, and not a promo one... so I’m not looking forward to the album at all.

After a few listens: 1- this song feels like a warm embrace; 2- I get the Fine China similarities mentioned by the ATRL insider, though minimal: the intro piano and the theme to escape from the city (in terms of lyrics, Fine China is the most “country” she has ever sounded and “out-of-LA”).

I finally been able to hear it in full... and it is stunning!!! It already has so many subtle layers... and I now get the “ Midwestern” vibes.

I get that Interscope wants the audiobook to be profitable and therefore, won’t release Chemtrails too close to it... but are they doing for promo right now lol?!? Last week, okay, there was promo, but since Monday... not so much?!?

It seemed we would never see the day that we’d have that book. It didn’t let down (thanks to her contact with her editor and the audiobook). Can’t wait for the second one in March (if everything goes as planned).

It’s a really beautiful book. The mix of old and new in the pictures is really special. Love how all the poems we didn’t know about connect to NFR. Maybe it would have been a bit of a letdown if there hadn’t been an audiobook though.

I tell myself it’s Violet’s week and don’t expect anything this week regarding COCC.

She could read one poem since Violet is coming out next week. The rest could be her performing songs, new or not. Of course, I want to see into that performance LMLYLAW, but we’ve been so deceived before. Her post about it should provide new light on that. Anyways, if there’s an interview, no way they won’t ask about Chemtrails.

It would be weird to have her read poems during the whole set. It’s a live music show. god I hope we have a new song.

All of the above and none of the above lol. Except what Ben said haha. officially: the 29th. but some stores put it out on shelves or send them to customers the day before. Books are not as controlled as albums when it comes to releases, except for big releases like Harry Potter lol. Ben isn’t used to releases that aren’t on a Friday lol.
