It’s true that A&W is a well-known American brand / symbol and it’s undeniable that Lana loves to reference Americana… but is there a burger reference in that song ?!? (probably not, I know haha)

I really prefer American Whore as a title as opposed to A&W We have yet to hear that damn song, but just the lyrics « This is the experience of being an American Whore » really feel like a strong statement and anything else sorta « downplays » it a bit? I didn’t mind Cinnamon being renamed Cinnamon Girl even if it didn’t make any sense with the song apart from the reference to the Neil Young title. But I hope A&W makes sense and is not just there for censorship

Bravo! and this is what I learned from Lana: the best way to enter one of her eras / albums is to have no expectation. This is how she will surprise you the most.

Well if you can see the mouth, then it’s safe to say that the mask isn’t doing its job properly, to block the micro drops that can contain and propagate the virus (unless you wear this awful mask with a plastic « window » that is used by many interpreters)
