Norman's lyrics aren't better or worse than her previous albums. She just started writing about different things in a different style that people, including me, found very refreshing.

I'm so happy I get to listen to Nectar, Living Legend, and Cherry Blossom on streaming and the TB/BB/WW trio are some of the best songs of her career, how could I hate it! 

I want that to be true so bad, but with the way she worded "March 24th now thanks" it's not looking good 

Time for everyone to predict their top three now that the track list is out!

I personally need at least one more song before the album. She can release one of the shorter tracks, Sweet, Paris, Texas or Fishtail if she wants it to be an experience. 

guys I was reading Lana’s statement that she released the day of the album announcement and there were some obvious things 😭 first she explicitly said “thanks to Judah for letting me record a part of his sermon and put it on the record” and also “thanks to Jack for (…) and thanks for giving me Margaret”

the delay is just because she's decided to make it a visual album!!!! 
 
which is also why she hasn't put out a music video for ocean blvd, she's releasing all the visuals together because they're a cohesive and beautiful and like a movie, in fact the album cover and paris, texas are both hints that this album will come with a visual album that is based on old hollywood movies

when kintsugi conveniently leaves out the fact that she samples the barefoot contessa theme song on fishtail and it's actually about preparing a roasted fishtail to serve at her fancy luncheons where jenny jumped in the pool and was swimming with nikki lane
