So much info about 2015/16 XCX World sessions, but do we have anything about other songs considered that were recorded in 2017? I wonder what was going to be kept from the original drafts and what songs replaced other tracks.

the version of the manifesto i have seen covers the general concept of the album and campaign and is 9 pages long with general marketing ideas. i do know there are more complete versions with initial music video concepts for vroom vroom and girls night out, the original lead single etc

The post February 2016 sessions that birthed CTMP, ATAP & T&T looks like a label mandated session for a safe lead single post vroom vroom release. What we really need to know but probably will never is what songs she had in mind for mixing back when she said the album was done in February 2016. What You Gonna Do Now which appears on the June 2016 draft is from post February 2016 so I'm assuming that's another safe song production wise.

Keep in mind that Daddy Knows is also listed in the "Yes" column, even though it hadn't been recorded by her yet. This doesn't confirm any of the "Yes" songs were actually finished at the time—It just shows that Charli really liked and wanted to include them on the album.
It makes perfect sense to me - Charli saw potential in the (Pull The) Trigger, which is why it eventually got reworked into HeartBeat.
The original file name of the Heartbeat mumble demo you're mentioning is also titled "Trigger w cue vox" so I feel like that's further confirmation, no?
