so imma leave a few suggestions.. TBH i have no idea about how capable @@Elle is to be able to change the technical parts of lanaboards, or add new features, or even how customizable the template/site is... but maybe u could find someone to do stuff? here are some of the suggestions i think would help the site a lot.. whether or not they're doable is another thing i guess (im gonna put my suggestions in bold just so that they're easier to read apart from the explanations)
 
first off... plz dont let the site look like its from 2005 anymore  also i think lanabaords should maybe have its own instagram account? that way all lana fans have a more reliable source for news, and snippets.. etc.. I think this would also help bring more people to lanaboards, since it would lead people from insta to lanabaords. (imma put the rest of my ideas in a spoiler thing so i dont take up too munch space)

Along with Member Of The Month maybe we could do a Fanedit/Fanart of the month to.You could use the same voting system as MOTM etc

I'm actually really opposed to a no holds barred section. I see no reason to encourage pettiness or rude behaviour.

I like the various themes they have in the new Marina Board where they have themes from every musical era of hers. Maybe the same can be done here? From the Lizzy Grant era to the Honeymoon (or new album) era. That would be cool.
 
Also if there's a good way to block fake accounts that post porn pics in here. Sometimes I'm afraid that penis' are going to pop out of nowhere in a thread I'm reading lol

Hi everyone,
As promised, here is my introduction video! It's a bit long (I tend to babble), so I suggest switching the speed to 1.5 or 2 if you don't really want to sit through a 16 minute video. Or you don't have to watch it at all, just if you kind of want a heads up with what's going on!
The video covers some basic things about me & my relationship with Lana (0:00 - 4:26), my plans for the site (4:27 - 12:19), and ways you can help (12:20 - 16:11)
Also, I apologize for sounding so obnoxious in this video!! I'm always told my voice is quiet, so I tried to be louder, but ended up just sounding really annoying.

I don't think she means to romanticize it exactly. Like, she was in love so she overlooked the abuse. It happens to so many women in abusive relationships. And I think with Lana, she thought passion and anger and violence were all kind of the same. Regardless, she is treating abuse like a positive thing rather than a negative one.
