So we entered the “bashing the album era”

Portals is good and a step up from K12, I like the alien/fairy/spirit persona she created for this era. The only thing that I dont like is the vocal mastering choices in some songs. At the end of the day she saved the era with the Deluxe songs and the masterpiece that is The Contortionist and Evil (the lowpass filter still a horrid choice tho)

Emerald really is that bitch and those that get it, get it. Should've been released.

this is definitely one of her best written songs and it should've been released 

24Y here, and I highly disagree that Portals sounds like it was "made for kids". K-12, on the other hand...

I was 15 as well when Cry Baby came out (now I'm 23), you don't have to fully connect with music in order to enjoy it. It may be sound a bit childish but I think Portals is definitely better than K-12

same people crying about her committing to a bit are the same ones who would be writing an essay on how much a lazy slob she is if she did zero promo

NOT BATTLE OF THE LARYNXXXXXXXX literally so interesting lyrically!!!!!! as someone who studies linguistics i saw some references and i wondered if they were intentional or not. but i thought the lyrics were very clever......... i'd honestly give it more time if i were y'all but i get where you're coming from. she could very well be experimenting (with drugs 2) but the art is fire to me so. i dont think she's falling from grace or anything of the sort. it's a wild ride though i'll give u that

omg how crazy an artist is committing to the character that's made for the album wow that is soweird and never ben done before drugs is what it is

i love seeing people live their art to the fullest. it's quirky and enchanting. i'd wait a few more years to see if that's some psychotic break, but in the mean time....i'll appreciate the vision and dedication ✨️✨️✨️ she's really doing IT
