talking bout the 24 hour album… did anything leak? Do we know something? I can’t believe it’s been 3 years and nothing has come out

LMAOO i actually think Bella Thorne’s take of up’n’down was cute? Like yeah it was nowhere near charli’s cause Charli has an incredibly recognizable voice but Bella gave it that white girl twist that IDK I kinda liked it also, it’s such a good song that I don’t care who sings it tbh

i mean I doubt one or 2 more songs would make her homeless but whatever my point still stands, all her album rollouts have been messy and her song choices (like scrapping all the rage for example…) terrible

All her album rollouts were a mess and she scrapped a lot of amazing songs for no reason at all and when she repackaged clxi and clxii she only added like 2 songs and that was it she has so much scrapped material that could see the light of the day and we would EAT it up but she doesn’t want money I guess??

lets not compare fiona and marina tho... ftbc is a masterpiece, adiaml is a decent album but I can see why he (and other reviewers like pitchfork) would give it a low rating half of the album is ballads and from the point of view of someone who's not a stan i can see why they don't appreciate them especially cause they're all identical and the songs that had potential like venus fly trap are 2:30......

I think her single greatest achievement is reviving the concept of dream pop and making it the leading genre in pop for the 2010 decade and also being the poster child for the sad girl movement and Tumblr EDIT: not that her other achievements are lower it’s just that shaping the pop landscape is kind of a big deal IMO I’m not taking away from her songwriting abilities etc
