I was delusional when the boiler room came out and was really hoping for a “versions” style remix album per dj. I really wanted to hear ag, George and easy rework the tracks into their own style. The budget for that would be insane tho

The remix album is like the comedown after the party. Not the direction I was expecting, but I still love it. The only song I’m not vibing with is Mean Girls, but I think that’s because I had my heart set on the boiler room version. Maybe we’ll still get some of those at some point.

Did anyone else notice they changed the Lorde version? At the end of the song Charli says “you know I ride for you, too” instead of repeating Lorde’s “you know I ride for you, Charli.”

It really elevated the song for me tbh. They compliment each other and Lorde sounds so good with this production.

I feel like mean girls will def be a George remix. The vocals in his boiler room remix sound like a different take from the album version.
