Nightmare Boy Online

It's been a while since the last time i posted here. So as posted above Cold Coffee is out you can purchase it in iTunes, Amazon, Tidal, 7digital (UK), Google Play. I only found one review and was dissapointed by it. But Barrie's manager is doing a great job and i think soon enough it will be noticed. So here's a few updates: -Barrie is on Vevo -He did a couple of shows, you can see photos/videos here. There is a gig coming this Saturday (16th) in Glasgow. If you are using Bandsintown track him here. -He did a session with Tenement TV. Photos. Video soon -He did an interview for a Russian magazine. You can read it here. Also i wanted to say that it wasn't only Riverside that got leaked. His whole album was leaked. I listened to it before it was taken down. Loved Magic me and Art of Resurrection. but the album wasn't finished, in Angel Tears for example you can hear voices at the end talking about the recording. One thing i notice is a change of lyrics in Angel Tears UNRELEASED: She followed me across the river and to the sea, i love her and i want you, you want me, i need you, you need me. For the record, she sang Solitaire too. The rest of the set list was the same as the previous shows. Her family was there. Her dad and sister put up flags of Greece, Wales and UK and a sign that said 'Welcome home'. She said she was very excited to finally be here and she dedicated the show to her grandmother Lambrini, who passed away. She said that it was the best crowd she ever had and that she didn't expect that. (You can watch videos in the link i gave, i added subtitles because she was talking in Greek). She thanked us many times for being there she was so sweet. After the show some of us waited for her. It took her 2 and a half hours but she finaly came out. She took photos with many of us and when she ran out of time she asked for things to sign. I think everyone got something. We were about 30-40 people. The securities were blocking us, when she was in front of me i lost my chanse because everyone was pushing. So me and a guy next to me hadn't talked to her. So we called her and she came back for us she took my phone and took a very shaked photo but nevermind. I was lucky enough to experience that. She was very kind!

Hey guys!! I met Marina last night after the show! It was fenomenal. She spoke to us in greek and her family was there. It was very special. Murder Murder - Barrie-James O'Neill

When i first listened to Lana i was going through a hard break up and her music was like a remedy for me. It was the only interesting thing in my life at the time. I searched and read many interviews of her and i saw the video of the one at Coney Island where she says a quote like: If you write everyday your muse knows where to find you something like that. So i started writing! And Since 2012 i wrote many poems and songs and i feel so good with myself because i turned a bad condition into something beautiful Also Lana introduced me to Barrie's music with whom i can relate very much since i myself have gone through a very dark period in my life. And both of them are my biggest influences (+ Jeff Buckley who i also learned because of Lana).

I read Howl a few times, i have a book called Howl and other Poems so i read some of them. I have On the Road but haven't read it yet. As for the movies i watched On the road and i really liked it. I am not a big fan o Kristen's acting skills but i liked her in this movie. Also saw Kill your darlings and liked it and Howl starring James Franco. There is an amazing animation of the poem featured in the movie someone posted it, i quoted the post. Also i posted a poem today on my blog called Howl which was inspired by Giensberg's. I just finished The Stranger by Albert Camus and I am currently reading Cain by Jose Saramago

I think the plan is to relese it but we don't have any info yet. I really really liked Murder Murder, Night burns, Wherever i go and Angel Tears. And i enjoyed the album's vibe so much. they would definitely be hits. As he said it is a "sad disco". I too wanted Art of Ressurection here (and i relly love Magic me i want the full song. He once played it on periscope and it is magical, but i don't think he will release it :/ ) As for the Chivalry featured unchanged it is because it was recorded with the same producer as the rest of the songs of Cold Coffee (Rob Schnapf, Elliot Smith's producer). Mary i think was produced by Barrie and Jonathan Wilson. As for Way over my Head and Art of Horror i have no idea.

Barrie's album Cold Coffee is streaming for free on his site www.bazsongs.com for another 6h. I think it is fucking amazing. What are your thoughts? (listen with headphones). I noticed he changed the lyrics to I see her smiling. It was a part definitely talking about his relationship with lana where it said "And further long the way i see us in headlines, waisted away me and then you".
