Finally I understand Butterflies Part 2.

The standouts are Old Money, Fucked My Way Up To The Top, and Cruel World. It's great that the songs are long enough that both sets of snippets don't ruin them and there's still two completely unheard tracks.

It was discovered on this website that Lana del Rey was a member of a group called the Atlantic Group (a part of Alcoholics Anonymous) in her past. The Atlantic Group is infamous for its cult behavior and for its treatment of young female members. I think it's obvious it's about them, especially given the reference to deadly nightshade, also known as A. belladonna which was used as a treatment for alcoholism. In fact, several of her songs reference AA or AA's ideas.

Okay guys, think hard now! There was some sort of blog entry (myspace?) in which she was talking about some sort of science it was like an appeal to the reader about some hidden truth or whatever and then she posted a link to a weird page, I can't really remember and I also can't seem to find it any more! People who claim Humbert isn't pedophile haven't read the book I think... Like wtf didn't you understand about the 'nymphets'? Or the story with Annabel? He wanted to murder her mother to be alone with her - a true ladykiller. 
 
The actual interesting thing is Lolita! And the fact the reader does not really know what's going on inside of her makes this thing a masterpiece! Like why the heck she has the desire to sleep with Humbert, why does she run from one old psycho man to another? Having sexual experiences even before Humbert.. 

In Intro Magazine she stated that she got her name Lana Del Rey (Ray) because her boyfriend at that time was from Delray Beach, Florida. I remember her saying that her name was made up by Cuban friends in Florida, soooo her boyfriend might have been crazy y cubano
