  1. There are a lot of b*tchfight between grown up women and men in the music industry, so it wouldn't be that unusual. We know Lana is very sensetive (remember all her nice YT comments?) and lashes out at persons who she thinks may attack her. We also know that she takes critic very personal, so .. yeah, could end up this way.
  2. I love how this interwiev is less whiny and depressive. The first thing that came to my mind when she talked about the gurur was "Oh, so that's the original daddy!" About the FMWUTTT-thing: I don't think it's about Gaga. Gaga never officially critisized Lana and I don't see any similarities in her style. Of course, the feud could have been taking place in the "so legit" time, meaning that Gaga talked bad about Lana while being in the indie-underground-scene. But the sentence "people believe her, she's really successful" kind of indicates that the person Lana talks about critisized her in front of the mainstream audience. Becuase of that I thinkn it's Lorde. Lorde sneered around a lot in front of the press, who aready often critized Lana for being too atificial. And Lorde's style is often compared to Lana's. I don't think the line "Fucked My Way Up To The Top" has to refer to the singer lana's talking about, maybe she's ironically using this line to taunt the other singer with her own critic (in an exaggerated way, like "yeah, you're real art whilst I just fucked my way up to the top"). If you see it this way, the song could still refer to Lorde very well, without assuming that Lorde "fucked her way up tot he top". She's ridiculing the other singer by frankly singing this very catchy and controversial line, but so ironically that everyone sees that she#s not admitting something but making fun of someone else who critisized her. And I don't thin Lana will restrain to diss a 17y old. Remember her bitchy yt-comments? I would really like to see how she's using Lorde's face to mob the floor!
  3. When she has her next EP and they pull a "Dark Paradise"-thing by releasing UV as a new major single I guess if this information's right, the video will come out together with the Album-release.
  4. The Japanese itunes Version features all 16 Tracks.
  5. I really think that UV is going to be the we ... supersad version of BtD. BtD was very tragical but had a lot of joy in it too, lots of retro-references and everything. Paradise had a more calm sound, half relaxing, half desperate. And now UV really sounds like a supersad album from what we've heard. Even BBY has some kind of undertone ... I have a feeling that, at least the non-bonus-track-version, will leave us with a lump in our throats
  6. I hope the vevoversion won't be pitched ... The studioversion reminds me a bit of the Y&B demo
  7. Sounds similar to the live version, I love how some parts sound very dark and tainted. I'm also in love with the backgroundvocals. I like this song more than I thought
  8. I think in the National Anthem lyrics there is a mistake or something
  9. Maybe it's the wrong topic, but where do poeple get the UV photoshooting-pictures from? Has anyone a link? Cause the "lanadelreyfan.com" gallery does not contain all of them.
  10. Maybe MPG will something Marina And The Diamonds - liek concerning the lyrics. A little bit like "Oh No"
  11. Since UV will be on the Radio tomorrow, it would be very possible that she plays the song on Letterman. Maybe she does West coast and Ultraviolence, and one gets aired and the other one is put on YT
  12. is there an internet stream for BBCR1? I'm counting on you guys to radio rip it!
  13. Well, since she has an album released soon it would be very cool if something like that happend. I mean like, playing west Coast, Ultraviolence and some other song (Brooklyn Baby ). I don't think SoC will happen. It's a promotional single, just like OTTR was, and I also donÄt think it would fit into a show so well. Of course, it would be great if she sang it.
  14. I don't see her streaming the album, more like not leaving us with any snippets or something apart from UV, Brooklyn Baby and Shades Of Cool.
  15. Yeah, I really HATE how at only the 3rd performance of Ultraviolence, you can already barely hear her because the audience has to "sing" along super loud
  16. The only things I think I can understand are "your heart ..." and "winter in the summer". I guess she is singing words, but it's more for the sound not the lyrics, so it's hard to understand.
  17. plot twist: she'll sing FMWUTTT WC would be an obvious choice, but I think UV would be a good live track for a show.
  18. I'm in love with Dan Heath's Orchestral Mix! I mean, of course it sounds more like the BtD era and in the first moment I though "hm, the violins sound a little bit forced on this one", but it grew on my and I really like it now. I love how her voice is in the main spotlight here, especially the "breathinG" you hear in the second chorus realy gives me goosebumps.
  19. Well, that's why i said "would be" ^^ And don't call me disrespectful, I've got lots of social workers in my family, I know what the job is about and that it's not all fun and games. I just wanted to say that she's a good person and would have been qualified for this job tzoo if she wouldn't have become a singer. "Don't put labels on people" as you said so nicely.
  20. Nothing to be sorry for, just wanted to say it as the account really looks legit in the first place
  21. She's such a good person! I heard she once worked as a social worker. Guess if she wouldn't have made it to the singer we all love, she'd be a wonderful streetworker too!
