She has been in New York (?) for a while so could have been recording with Jack

I really like the song and the lyrics but the production is legitimately terrible - why are these songs so dead? It's so weird. Could have been a great track. I really like a lot of his work, but I don't think Jack is a good arranger; everything feels forced and flat here.

I really hope the sound effect is gone on the album version as for me it ruined the track. It's such a beautiful song and I don't agree that the effect elevates it in any way, so it was a shame!

At first I was wondering where she went to film the video, and then I remembered she *lives* there! I would love to move there sooo much!

The sparse guitar behind her voice bothers me - I like the vocals, they are growing on me! The scratchy acoustic thing with blank space around it seems like a waste tbh I also feel like her vocals aren't mixed high enough at points

Aw, I really wanted to like it! The production doesn't suit the song imo, it's super delicate but also wants to be epic and I don't think it works
