You're 100% correct and you should say it even louder, for the girls in the back! Definitely one of my favorites and definitely one of her best covers (and DLMBM is also amazing ur right yet again yup) Blue Velvet is also so so so so dreamy but I notice it gets so much unwarranted hate too. The cover is so classical Lana and BTD/P, I don't understand the hate!

Songs like Motel 6 Vicarage and Caught You Boy have always felt like Lizzy Grant songs in my mind while Us Against The World felt so clearly Lana. So naturally I thought they were done in different years. Wrong- I found out they we're all recorded by the rurals in 2010 and probably all from the same batch I don't know how I never picked up on the similar productions between all of them. From production alone its clear they were done at the same time but it just didn't register in my mind Also I love The Rurals and how they recorded all those songs. They feel so nostalgic to me and I love all the songs they touched
