I'm kind of hoping she'll put the past behind her with this album and stop singing about boyfriends from ten years ago, maybe sing about Barrie, the backlash she received, fame, life in L.A., stuff like that. I mean it's a wonder how many songs she has gotten from singing about her experiences from 18 to like 25. I think I've said something like this before but whatever this thread is huge and idek when I said it.

I wanted to make a playlist with Lana's "newer" darker songs after we got Once Upon a Dream so here it is, I like it quite a bit, it gets darker with every song. I called it d-a-r-k but whatever:

i wonder what "wrong" means. taboo lyrical themes or does it sonically not sound like what she has done in the past or like what pop sound like right now? both sounds good. and she sounds confident about it which makes me happy bc she sounded kind of depressed the first time she said she wasn't to keen on releasing another album and after black beauty leaks.

If you downloaded a ripped version off the internet, it could be unclear what sort of quality it could be because it could possibly be resampled multiple times when it's uploaded as a stream (for example, all tracks on Soundcloud are crushed to 128kbps). It's best to get it straight from Google. You need to enter your card details though, which is why I reuploaded the file (in its original quality) in the first place- to save people the hassle.
 
I don't think the actual track is low quality at all- but there is definitely a distinctive 'texture' to the song to make it sound older. The only fault I can find with the song is that the string instruments aren't real. Just like Y&B, since it's for a soundtrack there's going to be multiple variations of this song heard throughout the movie.
