i mean, yes by all means celebrate this momentous album! re-issuing the vinyl w b-sides is a cool way to do so! but i agree w you, could do w/o the entire graphic novel conceit.

ok little earthquakes deluxe reissue! i do really want the b-sides vinyl but $200 is a ton of money...wish they'd release it alone or as a plain double vinyl with LE. imo the revision of the LE cover for this reissue is hideous

i got good but not great seats, which is fine– the venue isn't huge so i think most seats will be pretty good. very excited for tour to start and see which older songs will be in rotation– though she pulls things out of thin air sometimes which makes tour thrilling!

a few were released on BB! specifically nectar of the gods and cherry blossom (and living legend has since become a fav too). but of stuff still unreleased: pin up galore (one of her all time best and spookiest songs, even though its so old) trash magic dance for money (vibes on vibes on vibes) the good life you and me angels forever (epic, classic, effortless sounding like it's existed forever) hollywood i talk to jesus (top 3 for sure– just love the storytelling, the instrumentation, ugh perfection) valley of the dolls (so yearning and passionate, imo one of her best unreleased even though it's so rough) wild one (also top 3– again, such great storytelling, has that classic rock (lana's version) sound of hers that i love and is also seen in i talk to jesus and nectar of the gods).

power of the dog, which I hope wins most of its categories (it’s so good, and the performances are incredible, gorgeous cinematography, great writing…has it all). as I said in my status update Passing the biggest snub for me, esp for leads Tessa Thompson & Ruth Negga. want to see drive my car but other best pic noms don’t interest me (I liked don’t look up but LOL at the best pic nom). Lost daughter was terrific but imo power of the dog and Passing are both far better.

incredible the intensity with which i hate his own music but am obsessed with his production on this whole album agreed, fav sirens-era song for sure (and also best indicator of the songwriter she'd become imo)
