It is 2021, victim blaming is the most backwards thing someone could do. I absolute hate this culture of "we need solid evidence" or that BS. ERW isn't asking you to judge the validity of what she's saying, because she's speaking of her grief and trauma--and neither of those things need to be validated externally. No one is asking for MM to be thrown in jail without a trial--that will come in due time, if need be--what is required right now is to support someone who has been scarred. This shouldn't even really be about Marilyn Manson; this is about ERW and making sure she feels supported and heard. That is the only right way to move forward, and any discussion centered around MM ("did he do it"/"is he bad person"/etc.) is useless noise that is distracting from the only person in this situation who matters, the victim.

Banned because your artwork is too good and makes everyone else look bad in comparison

This. If anyone has been putting out above average music since 2017, it's Jorja. Just her interludes (Carry Me Home Interlude) are top quality. I feel like if she continues mixing her RnB sound with something kinda disco-y she could have the next Say So-like-song, and (unlike Doja who ditched that sound pretty quick it seems) have a really good launching board to being a main-pop-artist through the 20s

it’s a men’s! i’m a bit over 5’10 and 26inch waist, and the medium is pretty boxy on me, but because of the sherpa lining thing( it feels snug and cozy. i can post pics if anyone would like. it’s a bulky jacket so i think it fits true to size/runs a tiny bit large.

I just realized I already have the exact same Levi's denim jacket--just without the LDR insignia...now I don't wanna spend another 200 on the exact same thing I already have. Maybe she'll sell stickers and I can make my jacket look like the COTCC one lol

the only “Violet” I can think of who fits in with Sylvia Plath, Marilyn Monroe, and Princess Diana (?) is “Dion Fortune”—who’s real name was Violet. She was an occultist and philosopher. But I’m guessing this is a different Violet than in the other poem. Maybe toddler Violet is Lana’s inner child, or maybe Violet happens to be her baby name of choice and wanted to write a poem about her unborn child? -
she hasn't washed her face since

omfg i used to go to this complex/village all the time when i lived close by. and i never saw Lan whaaaaaaaaaa.

Has anyone read A Promised Land by Obama? I'm hesitant to start it because I heard a good 200/700 pages is about his life before the presidency and I'm not really interested in that...Maybe I'll just wait until he releases the memoirs of his second term...

I think she may fall in a smaller niche like Clairo. She'll remain popular with the Pinterest Teens.

This BBC interview drama is a mirror of her interview in The Guardian in 2014 and her subsequent Twitter break down about it. I think the interviewers response in 2014 is still applicable in 2021: "Ultimately, the problem with Lana's complaint is that she doesn't seem to know what she's actually complaining about. She's not alleging that I made up her quotes, nor is she claiming that they've been “twisted” or that we've printed them out of context. Instead she seems annoyed by the fact I wanted her to say interesting things and asked questions that caused her to do so. Well sorry, Lana, but that's just me doing my job." I thought this was new with her (as I certainly didn't read The Guardian/go on Twitter in 2014), but I guess it's just part of being a hardcore fan haha.
