Thank you so much! It was all a lot of work that otherwise really just sits on my computer  And don't try to hold yours up to mine! You could easily make ones that turn out even better! As long as you have fun doing it, that's what matters. I have so much fun making them and it's a great creative outlet.

Music, among other nice things, it's something that make this life actually liveable and enjoyable and it's pretty common for people looking forward to new music from their favourite artists... I mean, look at all of us

I've decided to share with you some LDR concept albums I've come up with, chosing tracks (released or unreleased) from Lana's repertoire.
If you like this idea, please feel free to share your own concept albums, I'm very curious 
I'm going to start with this one, since I already have a cover and the backcover done:
 


 
So, the theme behind this one is pretty obvious: the escape to California in search of a better life 
I've tried to add songs from each album like they're telling a story: from her arrival to the Golden State (FIILY), to her wanting her man there (Freak), the disillusion about what's seems to be the Garden of Eden but in reality is the Garden of Evil (Gods & Monsters), the melancholy of her reminiscing the time with her man (California & VB) till the last songs in which she questions her happiness in that place... I was aiming to an overall summery feeling, and I think it's pretty well balanced!
I've even turned this into a Spotify playlist that I listen to regularly.
Let me know what you think about it

I love all of them, especially summer blue forever, I really dig the aesthetic you've gone for for it (I even used the picture you chose for its cover as a NFR fan made cover I did)!
Another thing that I love is the cohesiveness of the album and singles covers, and the captivating titles as well *chef's kiss*
The fact that you've even written all the lyrics it's astounding! So so talented!! 
I feel like mine will never be as good as yours, but I'll try! 

My main reason for being suspicious of the Sept 4/5 release date is that she "announced" it at the end of an angry rant, presumably for impact. 
I bet Ben and Ed had NO idea. 
Also, as I've said before, releasing on Sept 4/5 is a "fuck you" to the industry because it just misses the Grammys deadline ... I doubt Interscope would be very pleased about that, because Grammy noms = $$$. 
She's just not trustworthy I'm SORRY. 
Whatever, though - I'm operating under the assumption that it'll be delayed af and then I can be pleasantly surprised if it isn't. 

Yeah I don't mind sharing. I've been participating in that game for years now so I have lots of Lana content. Essentially you just play as the artist of your choice and create albums and release singles, complete music related challenges, etc. So I have details for the entirety of these "albums". Many have nearly complete lyrics I've written as well. I'll put all the images into spoilers just to not spam this page/thread lol. All the singles have full lyrics as well. summer blue forever also has a full booklet made - I also made a complete physical copy for it XD 
 
Debut album: HOLLYWEIRD (the other three albums are in the same spoiler - I tried to have four separate spoiler boxes for each album but it lumped them all into one, sorry about that! Was trying to make it not a huge hassle to go through but it didn't work lol)

Lana always offers great escapism from life, and the pandemic is surely one reason why we are impatiently craving Chemtrails, even if we had at least five superb leaks since March, even if Norman isn’t even one year old and even if we finally have Violet to listen. The Verve’s Bittersweet Symphony says it all: “I need some sounds that recognize the pain in me”, and I feel Chemtrails will truly do that. 

@Fart Deco big fan of this idea! I have a blog called Veinsineon Music Org. Almanac where I do a lot of the same things! I make albums using unreleased material so that they’re both cohesive and make sense chronologically!

I have a bunch I've made for a game on another forum called #PopIndustry, but none of them use Lana's existing songs. They're all made-up songs/concepts so I don't think they really fit this thread.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Aside from the pandemic that is still growing in my country, so I'm still not going out, my life is great right now, but I still check this thread daily cause lana's art makes me feel like nothing else does. It's okay to like something so much and be excited for it. 

Hey, cheer up! Try to look at it from this perspective; living in the midst of such an awful year and chaotic world, we're just holding onto something that brings us joy and excitement. Something to look forward to. It's not sad nor pathetic <3 

I loved TNBAR before it was released on NFR, but now I never listen to it anymore and I dislike the lyrical changes. It also just feels out of place for me in the tracklist, it still feels like it doesn't even belong on NFR. I don't want that to happen to YTH, so I honestly wouldn't like it if it was on COCC. I just want an album with completely new songs and surprises instead of stuff we've already heard.
