i honestly think that working with Quavo shifted her perspective on the album n she probably completely scrapped the concept of Lasso. i have a feeling we’re getting a LFL-esque album mid-late next year instead. 

inb4 the album cover is a polaroid of her leaning on a rusted truck parked at a gas station in the desert and behind her is a broken-down billboard that says "Lasso"

Ok... this didn't age a second. Still 100% addicted to this masterpiece. I need similar songs recommendations. The aggresive beat, gothy synth, immaculate production in contrast with the sweet lyrics, romantic desperation and her delivery... everything is just so perfect. I need more.

I had an idea earlier. We have a very low quality, unintentionally almost lofi version of the song. Why no give it a full lofi/ambient dreamy short album intro treatment with nature sounds, random movie samples a la 13 Beaches, overall remaster, shorgazy but not rocky sound like a Mazzy Star song produced by My Bloody Valentine and Beach House? I think it would be awesome and very fitting with LFL's early sound. I wish I knew how to remix songs.

Actually, that wasn't the ARTPOP version afaik. It was produced in the end of BTW era or something, but wasn't made with ARTPOP in mind. The actual version, Heard It On The Radio, remains unleaked.
