She was doing signings all day long. They sold 600 signed LPs in Rough Trade. Then she went to HMV after, and apparently another record store too.
 
Plus she was performing Thursday night & travelled to London not too long ago. It's been a hectic couple of days, she's probably already tired herself out.

Ok you SPILLED i’m so glad somebody said what i’ve been thinking for years… Lana will always have a special place in my heart, but for real. Charli stole my number 1 (angel) spot in like 2016 and i don’t think i’ll ever love another artist as much as i love charli now.

I love this album!!!! it’s a grower for sure! new shapes and good ones were my fave singles but out of the new ones it’s prob constant repeat & lightning… and move me! the janet vibes are so good. the breakup energy is palpable here and at times made my heart hurt tbh, her and her long-term bf seemed so good together and it makes me sad

First of all- I really don’t understand how anyone isn’t simply IN LOVE with this album as an established Charli fan. It really does touch back on parts of all her previous eras and is so cohesive visually and sonically. Like… I really can’t say enough good things about it. I love her so much and can’t wait to listen to this record a million more times. Twice = song of the century btw.
 
also suuuuper annoyed our orders are delayed up to 5 weeks. Like clearly this album has been done since mid-late 2021 and was pushed for a spring 2022 release to have physicals ready. And they are STILL delayed. I’m pissed. Especially since (if I understand this correct) with the recent change in Billboard rules, any copy that does not ship on release week will not count toward first week sales. just a mess, not her fault though.

Even though I don’t think the Lyricism is her best-this is clearly her most personal album. 
 
It’s concept is about both breaking free from destructive tendencies and people whilst also doing this herself and the hypocrisy surrounding it. 
This links with the cover-is Charli Causing the Car crash as a victim or is it intentional and her own fault?
 
it seems at times that she’s discussing borderline personality disorder almost:
The symptoms of BPD can be grouped into 4 main areas:
emotional instability – the psychological term for this is affective dysregulation disturbed patterns of thinking or perception – cognitive distortions or perceptual distortions impulsive behaviour intense but unstable relationships with others
  she even has a lyric calling herself borderline funnily enough.
 
Twice leaves the concept open ended-is it a positive that she is ignoring the difficulties of life or is she lunging into more destructive tendencies?
