I personally think DragonWhore is being truthful, they've been right about multiple things and have been consistent in how they described the album since the beginning. Fake insiders want way more attention than they do.
 
Almost 80 minutes is so exciting

Is her lower register prominent on the album or is it majorly her higher airy COCC voice

I do not think this album is anything like LFL. Not sure where that thought comes from to be honest. Like I've said before (even before the title track was released), expect lots of strings to the ode of Honeymoon, and nautical Northern California vibes. Lust for Life is not like that. It's Honeymoon meets Ultraviolence in lyricism and sound. 

Jim is short for Jimmy John, the song is about her sandwich order🥺 Some of the lyrics are “Turkey, mayo, bread, and cheese, wash it all down with this cola pussy” 🌹

I was scared for a minute we would be getting another Chemtrails length record, but she's coming to serve 5–8-minute masterpieces 

I'm not throwing shade, I love BB, but this album is shaping up to be everything that I expected that record to be after seeing its album cover and listening to the three singles. A Kate Bush-esque masterpiece.

All BoZ said about track lengths is that the songs are very long and break conventional song structures (which we see a little bit in the title track with the three verses)

I think all the “features” on this album are going to be more like background contributions. If FJM is just backing vocals, SYML is just a piano sample, and part of Judah Smith’s sermon appears at the end of a song, then I’m guessing (1) Jack does backing vocals on one of the songs he produced (like Seth Kauffman’s vocals on Brooklyn Baby); (2) Jon Batiste’s contribution is co-writing + backing vocals (or maybe a verse, but it seems unlikely given FJM’s minimal airtime); and (3) Tommy Genesis contributes something small, as BoZ referred to it as a “collab” with quotation marks, suggesting it’s not exactly a traditional feature (maybe a sample).

Yes, some of the tracks are much longer than others. Don't do division to figure out the average track length on DYKTTATUOB, it's not accurate. Only a few of the songs are ''average'' length based off the total album run time.

To me, Lana has such a talent for making songs unique to her yet accessible enough to invite others into her world. I think that’s what makes Ocean Blvd so special. She’s so intricate with the way she’s describing her state of mind with such a niche reference yet everyone can relate to her feelings of isolation and frustration. 
 
It’s the perfect blend of nostalgia that Lana always seeps into her music and current train of thought. God this song is so brilliant
