She also answered a question on live about Slayyyter with a positive answer.
 
Seems like the ball is in her court now towards Ayesha but I can see Cathy getting very irritated with everyone bombarding her to get back with Ayesha while she is in a different type of music era considering how much she wants to move away from the "hyperpop" allegations. Also I find it very funny all the Ayesha stans who have always been so defensive about the use of that genre term towards her music when her new stuff is even-more-so.
 
I really do think it would be fun to see them do one more song together with Ayesha's return, but then that can be that and everyone can move on.

The way this became the new Ayesha thread bsfjf I think it’s time we reopen the original one. I know she personally requested for it to be closed back in 2018 but she was also fully leaving the internet at the time and didn’t want anyone listening to her music anymore. She’s fully coming back now!

minor differences being drums in the intro, and just seems to have better mixing/louder synths

there are two versions of heartbeat away? i only have the 2:58 version

The Erotic Electronic, Purr & Plastic track run is sonically so different from the rest of the album but I kinda love it tbh. A fun little moment in the middle of the album. Purr kinda gives TP, Plastic gives mixtape, and Erotic Electronic is just HOT. Thematically they do fit in very well tbh. 

girl like me is like… her best. it’s pretty much pop perfection and sounds like it could be sisters with psychedelic switch by carly rae (french house!!!) 
 
not too thrilled about purr or plastic when we could’ve had tommy, operator, happy forever, valentine or make up (or love me not for that matter), but i do understand scrapping songs she explicitly wrote about her relationship with colin especially when this album is so strong thematically
