    Britney Spears

Today, Britney's self-titled album turns 15! Happy birthday!
  2. Could somebody please PM me the Joanne instrumentals? Thank you very much
  3. The unreleased question is so hard because there's literally hundreds to choose from... It's like picking a favorite child
  4. Well, whoever the fuck he is, at least she's ditched Rick finally...
  5. Honestly, it kinda does... But then again, remember when we all thought Music To Watch Boys To sounded like the title of an upbeat bop but look what we got

    Charli XCX

lmao. sounds like she's shading her label for forcing the release to be so late hahaha
  7. Tbh, this ^^^ I think the whole 15 months thing was more of a personal goal for her, to try and create her albums within that kind of time frame. It was just a loose statement, not a set in stone contract.... Plus, y'all need to remember that this is the girl that lied about her date of birth and age, as well as the year(s) she wrote a bunch of her unreleased songs.... If you can't trust her with those details then why would you trust this 15 months thing? I'll give you a tip, take her own advice... "trust no one"... y'all are getting your hopes up for a new album in the next month when there's been 0 confirmation about any new material, except from one tweet from some irrelevant ass radio presenter, who by the way, has been wrong in the past about release dates.

    Dua Lipa

Possibly unpopular opinion, but Room For 2 is actually my fav song from Dua so far!
  9. I do, if you're able to send it to me, that would be awesome. Thank you

    Dua Lipa

The whispery chorus is low-key triggering my ASMR... lmao
  11. I feel like it was a joke. Maybe she was talking about Chuck & her girlfriend/s, who were probably only on the set to watch or help set up, not to actually feature in the video. Anyway, it's exciting hearing Lana sort of semi-confirming the existence of a video. That girl is definitely up to something!

    Melanie Martinez

I agree, the end was so random and creepy

    Charli XCX

When is the song actually coming? Can't remember lol
  15. Every time y'all write "AD" for Angel Down, I always think Art Deco lmao
  16. In b4 the next single is a "jazzy" song like Cruel World, Terrence Loves You and Shades of Cool

    Dua Lipa

Would you be able to PM me the Spotify sessions? Thank you xx
  18. AND it was recorded years ago, it was just being saved for the project
  19. Well, Gags is friends with Elton John, right?

    Charli XCX

The snippet sounds absolutely DISGUSTING but also AMAZING at the same time. Like, the actual song sounds generic as fuck and even though I'm not really into PC Music that much I was glad she was doing something innovative and going in a new direction, but this song has lost the magic that the Vroom Vroom EP had, which was that it sounded so different to everything else she'd done. This song sounds like she's just regressed back to the Sucker sound, BUT... Regardless, I am still PUMPED for this song, because it sounds like a total bop, like a mix of pure basic POP with elements of PC music, and I'm always here for new Charli tracks, so yeah...

Omfg Alexandra is literally her best song, this was such an unexpected but pleasant surprise!!! Actually made me cry, such a beautiful song. Misbelieving is also FANTASTIC!!
  22. Wow, I just gave the whole album a listen and I am actually quite impressed with it! I was worried that all the songs were going to sound same-y, and reading some of your comments on here made me think it was gonna be terrible, but honestly what should I expect? LanaBoards is literally the embodiment of overreaction, and half of y'all that come to this thread aren't even fans of Gaga so lmao. I can't even decide what my overall fav is, every song is great in its own way. I think that Angel Down, Dancin' in Circles and Come to Mama are my faves at the moment, those three just really stood out to me, but they're all brilliant in their own way and I'm sure they'll grow on me.
  23. Tbh I kinda agree. A lot of celebrities rely completely on controversy to get people watching and to increase their sales. Controversy isn't always a bad thing, in fact it really keeps people interested. Besides, a lot of the drama and controversy that goes on nowadays with celebrities is really not that big of a deal, it's such petty stuff that makes headlines. I feel like Lana has gotten to this point in her life where she's too afraid she might offend someone or say or do something wrong, so she's (mostly) stopped doing interviews and making new albums that push boundaries. HM, as nice as it is, was really samey and at the end of the day, was really not that innovative and it didn't push any boundaries. What I loved about Lana since day one was that everything she was creating was so unique and engaging because she wasn't afraid of the criticism or possible negative feedback. HM feels way too safe. It is a beautiful album, don't get me wrong, but if she keeps going down this route making music that only some of us are actually here for, then it is going to have tremendously negative effects on her career. I'm not saying she needs to create another BTD 2.0 or anything like that, she needs to create something new and fresh and exciting... something that breaks the rules a little bit, something that you go, "WOW, I've never heard anything like this before!" Because that's how I felt when I first heard BTD and UV, they were so uniquely Lana. But HM feels very much like a rehashed, condensed version of the previous two. It lacks the fire, the enthusiasm, the freshness of those two. At the end of the day, I hope that she recognizes that things really aren't looking great at this point for her career-wise. It is actually embarrassing how much her sales have dropped in just three years. She needs to reinvent herself, try something new, get out of her comfort zone for this next album, otherwise her numbers will drop even more! I know she probably doesn't care about the numbers, but I know that she does care about making music, and the reality is that most of us want her to do something a bit more exciting and intense next time around, and it is incontrovertible we'd pretty much all like a little more promo, interviews and so on. It just seems like she doesn't care at this point. Hopefully though, she has been working on something original and refreshing for this next album.
