THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY. The font used on the cover, Ready, is made by a friend who is also a business partner. It's so insane to me. It's one of not my fav font of all time. Ok! I did a deep dive but I would not get your hopes up. It appears that it's plain and simple lost. It would make for a FASCINATING revival though. I'll try to find some original specimens... I asked on Twitter anyway but I really do think it's not possible to find it
