Just had my first listen because I stayed strong and ignored the leaks! It was blissful, in the dark in my room just appreciating it all.
 
Initial thoughts - the 1-2-3 punch at the end of Heroin - Change - Get Free are the best Lana has ever been lyrically IMO. Heroin was the only snippet I didn't connect to that much and I now think it's my favourite song she might have ever done, so yeah.
 
Cherry - Lana really salt bae'd the swears into that one wtf   I also felt like that and White Mustang were too short but I'm greedy!
 
In My Feelings is the sassy anthem we all needed.
 
Before 13 Beaches kicked in I was just thinking about how Lana hasn't had lush strings in so long.......then it started and I teared up.
 
BPBP and TNC are both examples of beautiful collabs, not that I didn't like LFL, SB and GL but they are just masterful.
 
The gunshots in GBA had me like   and World At War needs a few more listens, but yeah, Heroin is my jam for now, wow     

THIS, my only problem is the part when she says "It's crazy now I'm singing with Sean" outs me off, I wasn't excepting anything and they gave me so much
The collabs in this album are actually incredible

They are both definitely Lana classics, I knew it even on the first listen in shitty quality. I fucking love the little surprise on the World at War chorus where she sings, "When the world was at war BEFORE, we just kept dancing" which, for me personally, was sort of comforting in a strange way. Like, times are a bit crazy right now, but we always forget we've been through this all before... and as a society we made it. Time to do it all again. 

I'll never get over its exclusion, as dumb as that sounds. Personally I also think it would have fit in exquisitely with the rest of the tracks, especially songs like White Mustang and Heroin. Like, I will take this bitterness to my grave haha. I normally don't get this riled up over Lana's decisions, but this song is just... so good!

The bridge is so beautiful like how? It's gorgeous. It's so fucking well written. I'm in absolute awe. It's my jam

I still can't believe how good 13 Beaches and World At War are. She really did THAT!

In My Feelings gets so much hate but its one of my favorites on the album

seeing how linkin' park's frontman ended his life and listening lust for life have me so emotional right now... i can't explain that..

Is it only me who's smiling when Lana says 'BITCH, FUCK, BITCH' in Cherry? 

something about heroin, i cant even describe. it might be one of my favorite songs lana has put out for us. just the beginning verse and then into the bridge where she snaps. o my god

Every time I hear 13 beaches I wanna cry. This song hit me and it felt like a kiss. This album is more than i wanted more than I needed. 

I'm a bit of a true crime buff and the Manson lyrics hit me so hard when I first listened to Heroin! God, Lana invokes such intense images, the blood on the wall legit gave me the shivers. Kinda on subject, but Tarantino's doing a Manson movie and can't you just imagine Lana doing a piece for the soundtrack? 

I don't want to spoil lyrics, but the part in In My Feelings where she critiques her dating choices, I can't even handle it. The word choice, the way she sings it... it puts me in MY feelings. I think she's being part sarcastic and part honest about some of the trashy men she's been with... In My Feelings sort of reminds me of FMWUTT in spirit and other kinda sarcastic songs from UV. 

Damn, that interview was so raw and emotional. She expands on ideas and questions in ways we haven't seen since she was burned during the Ultraviolence promo cycle with the "I wish I was dead already." She's such an honest person, to a fault, even when she's saying she doesn't want to answer a question. I really respect her as an artist and a human just trying to make a life.

In My Feelings immediately struck me as a stand out track even on the first listen so I'm surprised so many people aren't feeeeeeling it. Taste is so varied, it's quite interesting reading everyone's opinions!
