The album is amazing! I overall like all of the tracks in it, maybe except for So Am I (it has nothing to do with the rest of the songs tbh). My favourites are Belladonna, Take You to Hell, Born to the Night, Naked, Who's Laughing Now and Torn.

Ok but Cirkut slapped on this. I got chills throughout all the Heaven side. This is some TD/1989/TFM god tier POP.

Tattoo, Born To The Night's vocoder, Belladonna, Naked highlights of the album. Sweet But Psycho still one of the best pop song of the last few years, so theatrical, so dramatic, perfect closer.

So Am I could've left her spot to Freaking me Out, so out of place.

 

Strongest pure pop release this year. 9/10

- OMG What's Happening: melody on the verses reminds me of another song

- Born To The Night: melody on the chorus also reminds me of another song

- Take You To Hell: melody on the chorus reminds me of another song (again)

I'm not really sure about what is with What's Happening (yeah, without the corny OMG in the title) and Born to the Night, but Take You to Hell's melody reminded me of that of Rixton's Me and My Broken Heart, which itself also samples something else, but I don't know what is it.

Here is Rixton's song, and Take You to Hell sounds pretty similar to it, but I don't think is sampled:

and about Ava. I think she's got great potential, and sure there's pop performances, the hair the wigs the outfits, but does anyone else feel like she's being pushed to do these things? she reminds me of Ally from ASIB. or is it just like the times of what people like pop are into?

Pushed to do these things? where are you getting that from? she's been making pop music her entire career and she seems to enjoy doing that
