What even is a Art Card? Do they mean the cover of one of the products, or like, a separate piece, like a postcard?

 

EDIT: Universal Store does the same for The 1975. It's a signed "postcard", and not one of the products.

i just don't see it on the universal store page anymore. its weird. the collectors edition is there but the signed version isn't, at least for me
