Still cyber-stalking. It's at best unethical. Digging into someone's private life is wrong. At least that is what I was taught. However, cyber-stalking is illegal in the state of California, so I wouldn't push it.

These things do get delated sometimes, especially if it was reposed without permission. There are a lot of fan accounts that do that.

People sue for copyright infringement. Those photos were intellectual property. Granted, today's youth probably knows nothing about that because they steal and expect the government to give them everything for free. 

 

Leonard Cohen's estate is suing Trump and the RNC for using a song without their permission actually. Again, intellectual property is property and theft of it is against the law.

what is your problem? people can do research without having press credentials. they don't have to be reporters to look stuff up
