Her dependence on Jack and his schedule is starting to annoy me. Remember when she talked about how she didn't fully love Chemtrails and wanted to work on it more, but she and Jack just didn't have the time for it? Dark But Just A Game was finished in February 2020 and it's probably the last recorded song for the album, she then waited a whole year to release this poor album. Like Lana girl... You don't need to adjust to Jack, you have so many producers you know and options to start working with new ones, but nope.

I don't think that Kendrick's new album affected Lasso because Jack always works with multiple artists at the same time (NFR was made around same time when he produced Lover and Kevin Abstract's Arizona Baby; COTCC around the same time as Solar Power, Folklore/Evermore, St Vincent's Daddy's Home and Ocean Blvd around the same time as Midnights and whatever that 1975 album was called)

A wider gap between albums is not bad thing. It's stressful for fans, but it makes a comeback more noticeable. And her tour ended a couple of months ago.

No post in 2 months, we thought the album was scrapped, the backlash from the marriage is at it’s peak… then all of sudden, on a random tuesday in December… we get the announcement for the N in DNC

I'm always baffled by how Jack manages to work with so many high-calibre artists at the same time.

i saw a tweet from honeymounz saying that ocean was Lana’s last album and she won’t ever do music again (speculation) and i’m really fearing it might be true. 

in fact, ending her career with Ocean would be on point because the album points to that. imagine if her discography ended with “signing off bang bang kiss kiss” (we are ignoring Tough).

now i’m panicking
