If the insiders are correct and lasso is still coming this year I feel like Lana might be taking the same route as Billie and Ariana by not releasing any singles, and just give us a full album experience

I wouldn’t be mad either! Sometimes I ruin the single songs because I overplay them before the record drops and then they inevitably become skips because I want to hear the rest of the album more

Personally, I would love this. Hearing Billie's album in full without knowing any of the tracks or even hearing a snippet, was a real memorable experience. By comparison, hearing the singles in advance and the album leak of trickling songs ruined the first time of listening to OB.

 

That being said, I don't think Interscope would love that idea. They would want a single or two.

 

Also, if Tough does really well, I can imagine them insisting on it being included, and even the album cover being a bit retro with words like "Includes the hit singles "Tough" featuring Quavo, and x, x singles. Which, honestly, I wouldn't mind. I would love it if this album had Tough and a few more high-profile collabs and singles to give Lana a hit record and push her even higher on most streamed artist. Of course, she'll never top Taylor and Billie but playing it smart and staying in the top 3 most streamed female artists would be a very cunty move.

She's not gonna put Zodiac on Lasso if it's just leaked. I don't think it fits the country (or trap) sound.

 

But I am soooo ready for Tough and Mirror on Lasso.
