I am no sure because of the fact that Lana isn’t known for country at all, she still has many people doubting she could pull it off (us included) and she is the headliner for a country festival. I don’t think she can simply twitch her discography for Stagecoach and call it a day: she needs to give us a little taste of what country Lana sounds like. And neither can she premiere two singles there without any of us having heard them beforehand if she is diving into a new genre for her. But hey it’s Lana: I could be totally wrong again and she does what Lana wants. I’d be so disappointed to hear two new tracks and not having a damn clue when they will be released, just like she did at Fenway Park.

A leaker with some reliable information on Twitter (he already confirmed Gaga's appearance on SNL, TW x Lana's collab, several tour dates and other announcements from other artists), said that Lana is expected to release new songs from january to march. 

on the list he made in January, so far only Gaga has released something, so Can we finally expect something?

(ALSO they have been saying Lana has been postpone some tour dates announcement since last month)

 

and it also makes sense to have a March release, but maybe Lana will postpone the album to June/July, a little before the tour or even after.

love was released on february, while lfl was released on july, and she also said 'a few songs before stagecoach' so are we finally getting something?

I'm glad it's for July! This means we're close to the singles release times, the tour would be great for her to promote TRPWS tbh.

I really hope it's not May, because at that point we wouldn't have time to start the new era and it would be very rushed.

and there are already several rumors about Lana delaying the album again, which isnt upsetting to me, stagecoach IS getting near, and this means new singles, hoprfully. My idea is that she will release a country/country adjacent single to play at the festival, and honestly I just want to know the taste of her country

Even if she releases 2 country-esque singles before Stagecoach (not likely) like what else is she going to sing? Country covers? A duet with Nikki for sure. Her team must have booked Stagecoach at least a year in advance when she was still set on releasing Lasso. Plans have clearly taken a big change in direction and I think she’s now stuck singing at a country festival with no country songs  which is very on brand never change Lanita.

She'll prolly do Country Roads, the Elvis cover, a few tracks with Niki Lane and another country guest, and then still perform summertime sadness and other biggest hits. Maximum one new song like henry. Maximum
