It's always a fucking mess and it feels like they are clinging so hard into something that has been sucessful. Art is born from taking risks. The reason why so many artists disappear SO quickly these past years is because they get one single hit song and then they overdo and try to do the same shit all over again. It's like we're back into the 80s and its' one hit wonders. What I personally love about Björk is that each and every little piece that springs to existance out of her is unique. You could unthread each album and find certain simmilarities, differences or ways to pull them together, but seriously, she just disassembles and reassembles herself over and over again.
