Coachella

The best song of 2017

 

and it is the newest (YAYO is the oldest) song that if someone asked me to pick one definitive song to get them to listen to Lana (and it's nearly impossible to tell

a person who never listened to her just one song that describes her entire more than a decade now career, but if my words were birds perhaps the person I am telling

would give it a spin and agree with me.

 

If you don't like Coachella, you just weren't there in the 1960s

 

It is literally iconic and is both  "A Day in the Life"  and "All you need is love" (Beatles)

 

It is a masterpiece.

 

and if you ask me in 20 years, Coachella will still be near or at the top of my favorite greatest songs of all time

Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. Totally unique. a mixture of Brian WIlson Roy Orbison, Leonard Cohen, Gram Parsons, Elton & Bernie. Born to Die/Paradise is comparable to Elton's Captain Fantastic. All the records need to be listened whole. Waiting for a box set vinyl of all 400 songs not on any lp
